Xin Tong

Xin Tong’s love for the performing arts began at a young age, starting with music and dance. A trained pianist with over 20 years of playing experience, she has completed her ABRSM examinations and continues to enjoy movement through Gymnastic, Jazz Dance with Forte Performing Arts and Theatre Jazz with Megan. During her university years, she choreographed multiple orientation performances and took on a leading role as one of the event's main theme characters.

During a student exchange in the United Kingdom, Xin Tong unexpectedly discovered the world of musical theatre and was instantly captivated. Inspired to be part of the magical world, she began her musical theatre journey with Monday Show School in 2023. Under the guidance of Dominic and Ben, she has performed in Once on This Island (2023) as an ensemble, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (2024), and MSS Small Stage productions, performing repertoire ranging from contemporary pop songs to musical theatre favourites, including Sara Bareilles' Love Song.

A lifelong learner with an open mind and positive spirit, Xin Tong embraces every opportunity to grow as a performer. She believes that every performance is a chance to connect, tell a story, and bring a little magic to the stage.
