Tania Ashwini is a contemporary trained actor who attended the Australian Institute of Music 2018-2020. She also completed the Serious Acting Intermediate Course under Actors Emergence in 2023.
Since then, she has starred in two EJKL Seni plays, Places We Only Visit at 3AM (September 2023) and Three-Tailed Contradictions (December 2023). In August 2023, she played Jerry in Zoo Story with Actors Emergence. In 2024, she participated in three Playrush performances under Hush Theatre and was awarded “Best Newcomer” at Short + Sweet 2024.
In 2025, She participated in HUSH THE THEATRE'S “Theatre in motion project” , She has also stepped into new roles behind the scenes, as the Stage Manager for Moonu Kaaka Oru Vadai and Tech for Hush's Resident Actors and Directed and Wrote "Murder at the Jet". In late 2025, She has gone back into acting, being in "LET ME GO, "Short + Sweet Theatre and Musical" and the soon to be staged "The Swimming Instructor"
She’s continuing to follow her passion for acting and theatre for the rest of her life.
