Lee Sher Ee is a Malaysian actor who has starred in both theater and film roles, as well as dabbled in script writing, stage managing, and directing, being well-versed in the various roles of theater and film production. Regardless of the medium or role they take up, their goal will always remain the same: to put on a good show for the audience.
Their passion for acting was sparked by the drama classes provided in their secondary school, leading them to pursue the performing arts into college, starring in multiple plays by Taylor’s Society of Performing Arts (SPART), including Delusion Day: Lights, Camera, Action (2023), The Haunting of Hill House (2023), Mission Possible: Operation Masquerade (2023)
In 2024, they took on Made With Love, a live stage play adaptation of the indie game Dead Plate by Studio Investigrave, as the stage manager and ensemble, along with assisting with the writing of the script and directing. The play was received with much acclaim, garnering much support and love from fans of the game all over the world.
They have also begun dipping their toes into acting on screen, starring in multiple student film projects, including Double or Nothing by ALL IN PRODUCTION (2024), and May I Exist? by Mayflower Production (2025) as the lead, May.
After a small break from theater, Sher Ee ventured back into the performing arts scene in 2025 with the show Finite, produced by Star-Eyed Collective, as the astronaut Rachel, an emotionally heavy and complex role which stands as their proudest one to date. And despite not planning to take up directing again, they found themselves as the director for Till Death Do Us Part, another live stage play adaptation of a Studio Investigrave game titled Married in Red, alongside their good friend Mitunasree, using all the knowledge gained from their past theater endeavours to bring the story to life in an engrossing thriller.
