Fong Ee Veen is a classical pianist and music educator based in Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Music Performance degree with First Class Honours from Sunway University, where she was awarded the Sunway Music Scholarship. Her academic achievements include distinctions in both the Associate of the Royal Schools of Music (ARSM) and the Trinity College London Advanced Certificate in Piano. She has also been recognised internationally, receiving the Honour Prize at the Amadeus International Music Awards and a Special Mention at the London Classical Music Competition.
She is currently active with Fiamma Opera Studio, performing as both a soloist and collaborative pianist, and serving as rehearsal pianist for productions such as Amahl and the Night Visitors by Gian Carlo Menotti and Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute). Through her work with Fiamma, she was invited to perform at events hosted by Datuk Seri Lim Chong Keat at Penang Hill and by German Ambassador Bernhard Schutte, attended by diplomats from Singapore and the United Nations. Her collaborations also include recitals at Universiti Teknologi MARA and Kuala Lumpur City Opera.
Beyond piano performance, she serves as the organist at the Chapel of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and with the Polyphony Choir. As a chorister, she has performed with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra at Dewan Filharmonik Petronas, as well as with the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and the PJ Philharmonic Orchestra during the Festival Orkestra Kuala Lumpur.
