The 6th International Festival of 24 Festive Drums and Malaysia 24 Festive Drums Competition

The 6th, 24 Festive Drums International Drum Festival and Malaysia 24 Festive Drums Competition is organized by the Malaysia 24 Festive Drums Association and produced by Hands Percussion. The Malaysia 24 Festive Drums Competition has always been the highest standard event for Malaysia's 24 Festive Drums, with judging panels from various regions across the country, including Central Malaysia, Northern Malaysia, Southern Malaysia, Sarawak, Sabah, and the East Coast.

Competitions in Central, Northern, Southern, and Sarawak have been completed, while competitions in Sabah and the East Coast will continue on August 10th and August 24th, respectively. The gold medallists from each regional competition will gather in Kuala Lumpur’s Petronas Twin Towers to compete for the highest honors!

Originally held biennially, the Malaysia 24 Festive Drums Competition was postponed for several years after 2018 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. This year marks its grand return after a hiatus of 6 years, attracting significant attention within the industry. Who will emerge as the champion among champions? All eyes are on this eagerly awaited event.

第六届廿四节令鼓国际鼓节暨全国精英总决赛是由马来西亚廿四节令鼓协会主办，手集团承办。廿四节令鼓全国精英一直以来都是我国廿四节令鼓最高规格赛事，评审团来自全国各地，总共分作中马区、北马区、南马区、砂拉越区、沙巴区及东海岸区共六个区域赛进行。 

目前，中、北、南及砂拉越已经完成了区域比赛，而沙巴区及东海岸区的比赛也于8月10日及8月24日陆续进行。届时各区域赛的金奖得主，将会齐聚一堂逐一亮相，在吉隆坡双峰塔争夺最高荣誉！

原来每两年举办一次的全国精英赛，在2018年后，因为2020年的新冠疫情而展延数年，今年重启再办可是睽违6年后的隆重赛事，谁将是冠军中的冠军？可是备受界内注目。

Gentle reminders: 

• There will be a 20-minute intermission during the performance.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue, and no outside food or drinks are allowed.
• Photography and video recording are allowed only in portrait mode, with a maximum recording time of 20 seconds. Recording of the entire performance is strictly prohibited.
• Each person must have one ticket, and seating is assigned.
• No entry for infants in arms. Suitable for children aged 3 and above in 2024.
• If children’s actions are causing interruptions for other audience members, we kindly request that parents take their children outside the auditorium to provide comfort, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone.
• The management has the right to remove guests from the auditorium if they disrupt the viewing order or affect others.
