ABOUT I WANT FESTIVAL

I WANT FESTIVAL is the brainchild of Hi Lighter Studio, as a response to our deep love with this country we dearly call Malaysia, which eventually cultivated our imagination of a better Malaysia for all. Hence we hope that with “I WANT FESTIVAL”, all Malaysians would be able to better understand the beautiful people and things of Malaysia, and will work together to pass on these beautiful customs and cultures, so that more can enjoy the beauty of Malaysia!

I WANT FESTIVAL aims to encourage more Malaysians to get involved in the community, and to integrate the diverse cultures of Malaysia through activities that will lead us towards a better future for the land. On this Merdeka weekend, I WANT FESTIVAL will create a platform for people of different backgrounds to come together and celebrate this multicultural nation.

熒光筆工作室发现许多马来西亚人都深深热爱着这片我们一起生活的土地，却对如何一起努力打造那个想像中的马来西亚无从下手。因此我们想透过《想要生活節》来回应大家这个想要打造一个『更美好马来西亚』的共同梦想。为此我们向所有的马来西亚人发出邀请：让我们一起来更好的认识『马来西亚』这片土地上那美好的人、事、物，并把这些美好的风俗和文化传递下去，让更多的人看见马来西亚的美好吧！

《想要生活節》旨在鼓励更多的马来西亚人积极参与社会,以活动融合马来西亚多元文化,引领大家共同迈向更美好的未来。在这个国庆周末，《想要生活節》将创造一个共融的平台，让不同背景的人们聚集在一起，共同欢庆我们的多元文化。
