- The elements of elan: good contact, good suspension, good energy, and pleasure
- Basic grammar of physical theatre: impulse, journey, and fixed point
- The seven levels of tension as found in Lecoq’s work
- Various efforts around characterization
- Styles of theatre and their elan, particularly melodrama and Commedia
Ensemble work
- Chorus Work
- Collaboration
- Learning to say “yes”
- Giving and receiving
