To ensure a safe and magical experience for all attendees, performers, and staff, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Entry & Admission

• 🎟️ Valid Ticket Required: Entry is permitted only with a purchased ticket.
  
• Each ticket admits one person. Lap-seating is not allowed to ensure all audience members have the best viewing experience.
• 👨👩👧👦 Child Supervision: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

2. Prohibited Items & Actions

• 📸 No Photography/Recording: To protect our performers’ rights, use of cameras, phones, or video devices during the show is strictly prohibited.
• 🚫 Prohibited Items:Outside food/drinks.Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances.
• 🔊 Disruptive Behavior: Please refrain from loud conversations, standing in aisles, or any actions that disturb others.

3. Safety

• 🚨 Emergency Protocols: Follow staff instructions in case of emergencies. Exits are clearly marked.
• 🩰 Stage Safety: Do not approach the stage or backstage areas without authorization.

4. Refunds

• 🔄 No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

5. Additional Notes

• 🛍️ Lost Items: The venue/organizer is not responsible for lost belongings.
• 👗 Dress Code: Smart casual attire recommended.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these rules. The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission or evict any person whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or poses a security risk, or who affects the enjoyment of the event for others.
