VOCAL YOGA is a gentle practice that uses breath, sound and vocal release to ease tension in the body and settle the nervous system. Ideal for those who feel tight in the chest, stuck in the throat, or simply overwhelmed.

What you’ll gain:

• A calmer, more regulated nervous system

• A safe space to release stress without needing to explain

• Greater awareness of your breath and voice

• Support in finding vocal clarity and confidence

• Emotional lightness without talk therapy

• A quiet reset that leaves you feeling more like yourself

What to bring:

A water bottle.

Wear something comfortable.

No yoga mat required. 

Facilitated by Ranessa Theyakaraja, voice-based facilitator and founder of Women’s Circle of Malaysia.
