Following the huge success of its first Cantopop tribute, Golden Melody 2 will feature hit songs from the late 70s to the New Millennium by Jacky Cheung, Roman Tam, Danny Chan, Sam Hui, Paula Tsui,Sammi Cheng and Joey Yung.

Directed by Ian Chow and Easee Gan, Golden Melody 2 showcases MayJune Tan, Ruby Faye, Tan Li Yang, Dickson Chai, Jacqueline Teng,Toh Shir Ling, Alex Lee, Andrew Lim, Jeremy James Kong and Iqbal R..

在韩流兴起之前，香港粤语流行音乐可说是风靡全球华人乐坛。由吉隆坡表演艺术中心和艺人馆全民剧场所呈献，木卡空间为合作单位，卡巴莱歌舞系列将再次致敬粤语经典金曲，带来《劲歌金曲2》演唱会！

粤语流行音乐的黄金时代见证了许多超级巨星的诞生如歌神许冠杰、情歌王子陈百强、罗文、四大天王之一张学友、有“香港之莺”美誉的徐小凤、叶德娴、郑秀文、李克勤等等歌手都成了家喻户晓的名字。来到千禧年前后，许多中生代歌手陆续崛起，陈奕迅、郑中基、容祖儿、张智霖等等叱咤香港乐坛，《劲歌金曲2》也将唱出他们的代表作，让我们一起重温粤语经典！

卡巴莱歌舞系列：《劲歌金曲2》由周奕延与颜永祯联手执导，邓絜予为音乐总监。《劲歌金曲2》聚集多位实力派唱将和乐手，包括陈美君（荣获马来西亚明星偶像总冠军）、狄妃（荣获NEWAY推崇大跃进女歌手奖、戏炬奖年度最佳女主角）、陈立扬（爱韵合唱团团长、戏炬奖年度最佳男配角）、蔡迪伸（荣获戏炬奖年度最佳原创音乐）、杜雪菱（马来西亚《精彩十分》艺术节最佳整体制作奖（歌唱组））、鼓手李哲信、键盘手林楷宪、电吉他手Jeremy James Kong 及低音吉他手Iqbal R.。
