Early Bird Ticket Promotion Policy

1. Promotion Period: The Early Bird Ticket Promotion will run from 10th November, 12:00 PM to 30th November, 11:59 PM. Tickets purchased during this period are eligible for the promotion.

2. Purchase Now, Decide Later: Early Bird Ticket Promotion allows purchasers to secure their tickets at a discounted rate without specifying the event date at the time of purchase. Ticket holders have the flexibility to decide on their attendance date at a later time.

3. Registration Requirement: All ticket holders must complete the registration process before attending the event. Registration is mandatory and ensures a smooth entry into the event.

4. Registration Process: The registration website will be accessible starting on 24th November. Upon purchasing your Early Bird ticket, you will receive an email containing detailed instructions for the registration process. It is imperative that you follow these instructions to complete your registration.

5. Refunds and Exchanges: All Early Bird ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Early Bird tickets unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

6. Free Admission: Children under 83cm in height and seniors aged 60 or above are free to enter. But they must be accompanied by at least 1 family member who purchase tickets.
