TWISTED: A Different Kind of Fairy Tale

Gone are the days of princesses waiting helpless to be rescued by their knights in shining armours. But why should a girl wait for a prince when she is able to save herself? In TWISTED, well-known characters from different fairy tales are intertwined into a new plot, giving the stories and the characters a contemporary twist.  

TWISTED features strong, independent and realistic lead characters so both girls and boys would have great role models to be empowered. Times are changing and our fairy tales need to evolve too!

This show is presented by Big Nose Productions and The Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (klpac), supported by Penang State Government.

Previously a sold-out show in penangpac (December 2020), TWISTED now returns with a new line-up to charm its way into your hearts!
