伊斯曼音乐学校合唱指挥硕士及利伯提大学声乐表演学士，陈氏曾演唱巴赫约翰受难曲、马太受难曲、B小调弥撒、韩德尔弥赛亚及贝多芬第九交响曲。荣获首届东南亚巴赫比赛大奖并于莱比锡巴赫节演出舒曼诗人之恋独唱会。

As a conductor, Okawa Tan has conducted workshops both locally and internationally. As a soloist, his performance highlights include the Evangelist in Bach's St. John Passion, solos in St. Matthew Passion, Mass in B Minor, Handel's Messiah, and Beethoven's Symphony No. 9. In 2025, he was awarded the Grand Prize at the inaugural Southeast Asia Bach Competition — earning him the rare opportunity to perform a solo recital of Schumann's Dichterliebe at Bachfest Leipzig.
