Ho graduated from the Drama Department of the Malaysian Institute of Arts in 1991, receives his Master of Creative Art from ASWARA. In 1993, he founded Malaysian Theater Educational Faderation with friends, dedicated to promoting drama activities for secondary school students, organizing drama life camps all over the country, and cultivating many theater elites in drama production. Over the years, he has continuously created more than 40 theatre works, has been nominated for the ADA Drama Award for many times, and won the Best Director 4 times and the Best Screenplay 3 times.

As artistic director of O Puppet Theatre, directing: My Dragon Papa, Three Children, Macbeth, Foxy Fantasy, The GodMother, 108 Heroes Wanted, Wizard of Oz, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time etc.
