The Organiser reserves the rights to revise time, event layout and audience capacity without prior notice.

Food & Beverage Information:

Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase from Courtyard by Marriott and may be brought into the hall.

Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed.  

Terms of Sale:

• All ticket prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and exclude booking fees and 8% SST, where applicable.

• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

• Once a booking is confirmed, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by the organiser.

• The organiser will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced tickets.

• In the event that the show is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or if there is any significant change to the venue, date, time, or content, the organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket purchasers using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

• It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and to check for any updates regarding the show date, time, and venue.

• The organiser shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by ticket purchasers, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, parking, meals, or any other incidental costs arising from any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or changes to the show.
