A Gala For Hope

Malaysia’s top comedians and musicians are coming together for a special charity event, Gala for Hope, to raise much-needed funds for those affected by the ongoing genocide in Gaza. The fundraiser will feature a star-studded lineup of performers from both the comedy and music scenes, united in their commitment to support humanitarian efforts for Gaza. The specific charities will be announced at the show.

With performances from comedy heavyweights such as Douglas Lim and Harith Iskander, alongside the event's organisers, Rizal Van Geyzel, Shamaine Othman, and Asyraf Kamal. There will also be live musical performances by top Malaysian artists, including Bihzhu, Elvira Arul, Murty, and more comedy by Mad Sabah, and Hindra. The event will be hosted by Terence Dass, a well-known figure in Malaysian television.

The fundraising effort aims to provide vital financial support for families in Gaza, who are facing extreme hardship. Funds raised from the event will be directed to several trusted charities and organizations working on the ground in Gaza to provide emergency aid, medical supplies, and support for displaced families.

Admission Rules

1. Admission to the show/venue by ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.

2. Admission on the event day is strictly between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Attendees who fail to arrive within this time frame may be denied immediate entry, with access granted solely at the Organizer’s discretion and subject to a suitable timing determined by the Organizer.

3. There will be NO admission for individuals below 12 years old.

4. Individuals aged 13 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.

5. Individuals aged 13-18 years old will be required to have a parent or guardian for admission.

6. No outside food and beverage is allowed in the venue.

7. Strictly NO professional photography, video or audio recording of any kind is permitted during the show.

9. Tickets sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

10. The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
